If you are, this alone will probably be a piece of cake for you, but I challenge you to add it on top of a weight-lifting workout. If your workout is ever too easy, it's not benefiting you!!!
If you loathe cardio but want to cut weight quickly, try this out. I promise it's not too bad once you get used to it!
