Power Lifting for Cardio?! Oh Yea!

I missed posting on Wednesday (as I was working up a sweat while packing for my up-coming move), but I'm here to catch up today!

How many of you powerhouses refuse to do cardio because of the loss of muscle that occurs with it?

Well here's a workout for you! Burn off the fat while keeping the muscle!
