I apologize for running behind! Training at work was insane this past week (two 14 hour work days!). There will be times that I fall behind due to my full-time job, school, baking for customers, practicing trapeze, prepping my meals for competition, getting my workouts in, etc., but I will always catch back up if you give me extra time. :) Thank you for your patience this past week!
